Orders below $50 (NZD) - express shipping flat rate of $5.50 (NZD) 

Delivery time (estimated)

All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse. We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for metro areas. Please allow an additional 1–2 days for rural deliveries.

Returns & Refunds

Change of mind

If you've ordered the incorrect product and it remains unused and unopened, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly from beauevernz.com, as this allows us to verify your transaction.

We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

To return an incorrect item that is unopened and unused, please email us at info@beauevernz.com. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and mailing details. Please ensure your return is securely packaged. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as BeauEver cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


Missing or damaged product

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at info@beauevernz.com and provide a photo of the damage. Our team will then assess the damage and provide either compensation or a replacement for the product depending on the severity.

If your product is missing, please first double check around the property and with your neighbours. If this cannot be found, please contact us at info@beauevernz.com, and we will try to track the item through our shipping provider.

Purchased from a stockist

If you have purchased from one of our stockists please reach out to them directly and they will be happy to assist you. We are unable to refund products and transactions which were not originally transacted through us.
